History
Our humble beginnings originate from the state of Puebla, Mexico. Migrating to the United States a lifetime ago, we brought the traditional and authentic Poblano dishes and flavors with us. Living and growing up in New York we never forgot our roots and now we are proud to bring these same traditional dishes and Poblano flavors to the great state of New Hampshire.
Our new Authentic Mexican restaurant opened up in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire in fall of 2016. We have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, during this time we have been refining our skills in the service industry. We are proud and excited to be a part of the White Mountain National forest community.
